☞ Challenges
It takes a while to convince the team to change the brand logos as everyone is used to the original version. But the logo has to be changed as the company is very protective when it comes to IP branding so our previous logo has never been officially approved.
At the end, I convinced them that this is a necessary change to increase our team's visibility and not be caught in any legal issues.
☞ Current Results & Impact
The rebrand emphasise on the purpose of the event and tell the audience WHY they have to donate to our team for The King's Trust Million Makers. Adding a sentence for "Small Act, Big Impact" and "£5 per person to change young person’s life (All materials provided!" greatly increased our visibility in the company.
✦ Our first-ever crochet workshop attracted 50 participants, earning £330 for The King's Trust Million Makers, raising 18x the workshop cost! ✦
☞ Current Learnings
As the creative marketing lead, I find that it is very important to finalise a communication workflow with the team members and the event leads to effectively coordinate what marketing assets needs to be delivered. I created a Microsoft Form to
